Guided Wine Tastings

Wrapped in vineyards, flavors and breathtaking views, the Iannella family welcomes you to their cellar with various tasting itineraries.Each tour will be combined with typical dishes of the Samnite tradition, such as red sausage from Castelpoto, sopressata and capocollo, Marchigiana Sannita meat, pecorino cheese, caciocavallo cheese from Castelfranco in Miscano, homemade bread with EVO oil, served in the evocative "Bottaia", creating the ideal combination of food and wine to enhance flavors, smells and sensations.


“Falanghina ferma e cristallina”

Guided tour of the winery; tasting of Falanghina del Sannio DOP Taburno and "Euforia" Falanghina del Sannio DOP Extra Dry Sparkling Wine; paired with “Tagliere Sannita”(tasting of cold cuts, cheeses and traditional local dishes.

 


“Antichi Vitigni”

Guided tour of the winery; tasting of Falanghina del Sannio DOP Taburno and Aglianico del Taburno DOCG; paired with “Tagliere Sannita” (tasting of cold cuts, cheeses and traditional local dishes).

 


“Tris Vincente”

Guided tour of the winery; tasting of "Niè" Bianco Campania IGT, Aglianico del Taburno DOCG Rosé and "Fior di Moscato" Moscato Sannio DOP Sparkling wine Demi Sec; paired with “Tagliere Sannita” (tasting of cold cuts, cheeses and traditional local dishes).

 


“Profumo di Riserva”

Guided tour of the winery; tasting of “Don Nicola” Aglianico del Taburno DOCG Riserva 12 months in barique and “1920” Aglianico del Taburno DOC Riserva 24 months in barique; paired with “Tagliere Sannita” (tasting of cold cuts, cheeses and traditional local dishes).
